Dear beloved Parishioners and friends of St Monica's Hoxton, happy to see you again and welcome to our Parish.

Weekend Mass Times

Saturday (vigil): 6.30pm
SUNDAY: 8.30am, 10.30am, 12noon & 6.30pm
Weekday Masses:  9.30am
The Church will be open 15 minutes before each Mass and close immediately after for cleaning.

Sacramental preparations - Registration for First Holy Communion and Confirmation courses are on-going. Please register your child/children in the Parish office or by email. Both courses will begin in October 2021.

Shalom Community @ 39 – The Shalom Community celebrates its 39th anniversary this Saturday at the 6.30pm Mass. During this Mass, Edirlei Cabral and Aleteia Davoli Sato will be making their First Promises. Congratulations to the Shalom Community.


Infant Baptism interviews and course – Register your child in the Parish office or email the Parish office on or
before Tuesday 4th August. Interview is Thursday 5th August at 6.30pm in the Parish office while the course is the following Thursday, 12th August at 6.30pm in the church. Baptism course is required for all parents with children to be baptised. One parent must have been baptised.

The Transfiguration of the Lord – is on Friday 6th August. The Mass is at 9.30am. All are invited to attend.

Legion of Mary – Meets every Sunday after the 8.30 Mass at the back room of the church. New members are welcome to attend.

Parish Food Shelter Services – continue to serve the community with Hot meals every Monday and Tuesday, 6pm – 7pm outside the Church. If you want to be a volunteer or make a donation towards the project, please contact Aina – 07759137860; 07305765386 or Fr Gabriel – 02077395006

Restoration of Statues: The statues at the back of the church have been removed for restoration. Thank you to the families that have made donations towards the restoration. We appeal for more donation towards the total cost.


Parish Altar servers – registration for new and current altar servers has opened. Parents should register their children if they have received First Holy Communion. Registration forms are in the Parish office or speak to Fr Gabriel. Thank you to our dedicated altar servers and your families.

Sunday Collections – Please make your donations after Mass either with your Bank card or by cash at the back of the church or online. Thank you for your generous contributions to the Parish.
