Dear beloved Parishioners and friends of St Monica's Hoxton, from 5 November to 2 December,  the Church is open for individual prayers and to light a candle Monday to Sunday 10.30am - 2pm. Holy Masses will be streamed online via the Parish YouTube channel. Search for St Monica's Catholic Church Hoxton to join everyday at 9.30am.
When coming to Church for individual prayers, please wear a face mask, scan QR Code using the NHS COVID-19 App before you enter the Church. Please adhere to all social distance guidelines.
If you are feeling unwell, or you are recommended to remained sheltered, you should stay at home for your well-being.
Novena Masses for the dead will be celebrated from 22nd - 30th November via the Parish YouTube channel at 9.30am. A special memorial Mass for all those whose funeral services took place since last November will be held on Monday 30th November at 12noon. The memorial Mass will be streamed via the Parish YouTube channel and families have been contacted.

FUNERAL SERVICES can be celebrated in the Church with only 30 people. Please contact the Parish office for further details.

                                                                      Parish Food shelter services
Our Parish continues to support the homeless and families in need with help from Caritas Westminster. Hot meals are available every week (Monday and Tuesday) from 4.30pm - 5.30pm at St Monica's RC Church 19 Hoxton Square N1 6NT. For food donations or want to volunteer please contact Aina - 07759137860, 07305765386 or call the Parish office 02077395006. Thank you to the volunteers and donors of our Parish food shelter.  God bless you!
As we begin the Advent season this weekend, may the Holy Spirit guide us in our spiritual preparations for the birthday of Jesus Christ at Christmas - Marana tha! Come Lord Jesus!

Food  bank news from Hackney Food bank

Please note that with immediate effect we have closed our Tuesday foodbank distribution centre, St Luke’s Church (also known as Hackney Central Foodbank Centre), until further notice. Our other four distribution centres remain open and fully operational.
